While unraveling the mystery of his secret life, she forms a forbidden and passionate romance with a local artist. A romantic thriller that delves into political intrigue, queer love and Palestinian identity. The Philistine is based on Leila Marshy’s critically acclaimed novel and written by Leila Marshy and award winning screenwriter Nedda Sarshar.
